Having cleared that, let me tell you a bit more about me:
I’ve worked in physical gyms with face-to-face clients for over 2 decades. That means that I’ve trained people with a range of goals and body types. So, I’ve seen it all.
My oldest client is 73 and my youngest is 22. What I do is design each client’s profile based on science that is personalized around one’s specific body needs and body type.

The thing about being a trainer that I’m most proud of is that the majority of my clients have been with me for more than six years. This is because I’ve been acknowledged for my unique method, which combines health, well-being, and lasting physical results without getting hurt.
The science behind my online fitness coaching is based on my studies in personal training and the result of 20 years experience working at the top level as a personal trainer. My knowledge has resulted in my ability to assist and develop sustainable health habits in addition to stunning physical transformations.
This experience has led to the creation of my online personal training service. These crucial behaviors help people like you in my training program not only reach their ideal physical appearance but also develop a positive, upbeat energy that makes life’s tasks simpler to do.
My mission is you! I want to support your journey and help to build you up, help you grow and develop your mission, vision and purpose in life through optimizing any area of your fitness and mind by giving you the tools and confidence you deserve and that you should be having.
It’s all about becoming a better you!
My story
My history is saturated with sacrifice, determination, as well as all I encountered throughout my travels in Europe! However, I’m at this time here, to share the highlights and challenges, the lessons I’ve learned along my journey, and to teach you (in my unique style) how you can also accomplish your health fitness and goals.
I started my fitness journey at a very young age. Always seeing my father heading for the gym and a bit later on in life, round the age of 12, waiting and watching him train at the gym.
I immediately started spending all hours I had available throughout the day and night, to train. I repetitively did push-ups, squats and sit-ups over and over again in the living room of the house and although after a few months of merciless work and dedication, my sweats were finally starting to show.
However, my development and change was happening too slow, simply because I wasn’t eating properly or rather and most importantly, I didn’t know much about nutrition and what and how to eat for results to happen at a quicker rate.

Stepping into the Gym
Once I hit 17, I stepped into the gym for the first time. I had no idea on how to train properly let alone how to eat well and nutritiously. Furthermore, living a healthy lifestyle was definitely not what I was doing at the time! I was smoking and drinking and only saw the gym as a pathway to becoming more attractive to girls.
Some years went by and despite a few setbacks, I kept training and noticed some improvements especially with regards to gaining considerable muscle size, although, I was never lean. However, being lean was not for me. No! I just wanted to be huge!
Change in my Life
However, due to one tragic and almost deadly incident in my life, where I partied too hard and ended up in hospital, almost dead, I decided to stop and that my wrong pathway simply ended there!
This experience of being so close to death due to my irresponsibility with my body and health, shocked me to my core and re-ignited the beast from my past.
Here I was being given a second, if not a third and a fourth chance and I was not going to lose it!
This was the point that began to transform my life! This was the point that built me into the person I am today! This was the point that made me realize things had to change!

Getting noticed
Little by little, people around me noticed the change in my physique.
At university, whilst studying for my degree in Social Communication and Journalism, several students started to approach me to help them get started on their fitness journey, which I devotedly did.
Then, during my final year at university it clicked that in essence, I needed to study personal training and get certified.
That was when my official journey started, which is actually still ongoing!!
Discovering the Solution
Consistency and determination are the key, but also you are what you eat!
Knowing how to fuel your body, as well as the necessary amounts and sources will make all the difference!
Be interested in what you are doing.
If you are just doing this for the sake of doing it, it is more likely that you will fail to achieve!
If, however, you educate yourself about fitness, health or anything in life, you will be empowered to make informed & knowledgeable decisions and optimize your results.
